The installation of the second 1,000 m2 health center is great news for the region! The structure has 50 parking spaces, some of which will be equipped to recharge electric vehicles. This cutting-edge building utilizes renewable energy with heat pumps for heating and cooling, a roof equipped to accommodate photovoltaic panels, and shaded carport structures in the parking lot.

This facility offers an additional and necessary service for those living or moving to Coteaux et Landes de Gascogne. The total cost is €1,800,000 excluding VAT, 65% of which is financed by subsidies from the French government, Europe, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and the Lot-et-Garonne department.

The new team is made up of SSIAD (Service de Soins Infirmiers à Domicile) Castel Santé et Marmandais, CHD (Centre Hospitalier Départemental) La Candélie, MSA (Mutualité Sociale Agricole Dordogne Lot-et-Garonne), a dental surgeon, a podiatrist, an osteopath, a health cluster coordinator, the disability resource mission of the GCSMS (Groupement de Coopération Sociale et Médico-Sociale Moyenne Garonne) and a psychologist.

MSP 2 also has 180m2 of land in reserve on the first floor.
