As part of their economic development responsibilities, the elected representatives of the Communauté de communes des Coteaux et Landes de Gascogne have chosen to promote local businesses.
GASCOGNE ENVIRONNEMENT

Our association was created in 1992 following the Earth Summit in Rio, to enable Lot-et-Garonne companies to acquire new resources linked to the economic sustainability necessary for their development (circular economy, waste recovery, knowledge sharing, etc.). I’d like to take this opportunity to announce that in September 2022, we’ll be celebrating 30 years of Gascogne Environnement! Gascogne Environnement offers managers and their employees training courses tailored to their specific needs. Our association has nearly 140 members (representing 11,000 employees), ranging from small companies to major international groups.
Gascogne Environnement’s strength lies in encouraging and facilitating exchanges between all our member companies. I’m convinced that Corporate Social Responsibility is an opportunity for development while meeting society’s expectations.
This involves a series of actions grouped together in a three-year plan:
– Creation of an SME guide to environmental tools
– A survey of companies in the 47 area to identify their development and set up customized training/action programs.
– Anticipate issues arising from recent crises: scarcity of raw materials, impact on logistics (packaging, etc.).
– At last, a Gascogne Environnement team at the service of our companies all year round!
