Heritage: Church of St. Christine, partly Romanesque, dating from the 11th and 18th centuries. Its late 18th-century high altar is listed.

Private sites: Tumulus de Perdigon, Bourdilot fountain, mill of Caillerot, dovecote of Pigaillon 1620, castle of Piis, Buzet wine estate, Domaine de Bacon built in the late 16th century.

A rural commune made up of several hamlets on the edge of the Landes forest, bordered by the Ourbise river, where old mills are a reminder of forestry activity.

ANZEX children attend school in the RPI, which comprises the villages of Anzex, La Réunion, Leyritz-Moncassin and Villefranche du Queyran.
Nursery and CP pupils attend school in Villefranche du Queyran, CE1-CE2 pupils attend school in La Réunion and CM1-CM2 pupils attend school in Leyritz-Moncassin.
Each of these schools has its own canteen, and meals are prepared on site.
As education is compulsory, the Mayor must ensure that children residing in his or her commune are properly enrolled. Therefore, before enrolling your child in any of the RPI schools, you must go to the Anzex town hall to register your child.
