Heritage: Heulies and St-Martin churches
Evidence of the time when Saint Martin and Heulies were two separate communes, their two churches can be seen here. The main activities of this three-quarter wooded commune revolve around forestry. In 1724, Dame Marie de Fourcad, wife of Daniel de Brocas (a noble family from Beauziac), asked to be buried in the church of Saint-Martin de Curton.
